Our standard homeschooling package includes up to 6 subjects per year at middle school level and up to 8 subjects per year in high school.

Approved By
Our US curriculum courses are powered by Acellus Gold and were developed by the International Academy of Science (IST). Most Acellus courses are approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and all credit received through our Acellus Gold program is transferrable to other US curriculum schools. ​​While the Rabat Academy is not a degree granting institition, we offer an accredited high school diploma through IST, our partner institution, that is fully accredited by WASC.​ ​​​​​​

​​​​​Beyond online courses and individual tutoring, our students participate in life skills workshops focused on structured, hands-on learning to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love for discovery. These project and inquiry based workshops provide high-quality, engaging education using proven, research-backed methodologies to enhance our students ability to succeed at university and in their future careers .
English
We use a comprehensive, systematic, and graduated approach to teaching English writing. This methodology has been proven to be effective for students of all ages and levels of ability, including those who are gifted, have special needs, or are English language learners. A sample English lesson is provided on the left hand side.
Math
Ideas and principles of mathematics build on each other so missing
a single concept can lead a student to struggle and lose confidence.
At Rabat Academy, we help students identify and revisit the
concepts they missed and help them achieve mastery. This ensures
a complete understanding that dramatically lifts the student’s
confidence. Math lessons are presented in the simplest, most
logical way possible. Each math lesson lasts under 10 minutes.
Students can view a video lesson or ask a tutor for help as often as
they need without peer pressure or distraction. Once they
understand the lesson, they practice their new skills in both
traditional (pen and paper practice) and fun ways (computer and board games) making learning so much easier and more effective.
Science
our science teaching method emphasizes curiosity, storytelling, and hands-on learning to make science engaging and meaningful. Science is taught as a narrative and in practical ways to help students connect concepts naturally rather than relying on rote memorization. Strong emphasis is placed on mastering vocabulary and key scientific principles to ensure a solid foundation while hands-on projects help students make deeper connections to real-world phenomena. Indeed, in addition to our online courses, our tutors cultivate wonder through project-based science and engineering workshops. This approach fosters critical thinking, curiosity, and a lasting appreciation for science.
History & Social Sciences
We take a student-driven, inquiry-based approach to social sciences including history, geography, and economics. This methodology encourages active learning, where students analyze events, ask critical questions, and explore multiple perspectives through interactive lessons, engaging discussions and projects. We organize weekly social science workshops that cover a variety of topics. From history and ethics to economics and geopolitics, our social science workshops are designed around compelling questions that spark curiosity and give meaning to students' learning.
